Format for the title page and pagenation.
This is what title page should look like.

#1 TITLE: -must be underline and capitalized. it should appear on the center/middle of the title page. #2 QUOTATION: if the paper contain quoations, you may put one of them on the title page. Use quoation mark. #3 SPEAKER: identify the speaker, source of the quotation. #4 IDENTIFICATION: Your name(full name), class, due date, name of the teache must appear on the bottom/right of the title page. |
Also, the pagenation (numbering the page) should look like;

#1 LAST NAME #2 PAGE NUMBER Pagenation should appear on upper-right of body/workc cited pages. It should be; XXX(your last name).(period) (page number). |
However, requirement may depend on the situation. Listen to the teacher carefully and ask if you are not sure.
