Forming Compound

-The gasses in group is are very unlidey to read to anything, no chemical reactions.
-Their outter most valence shell is completley filled with electrons.
-Valance shell electrons are what we use to predict how an atom will interact.
-An atom may quive a valence shell like that of its closests roble gas.
@An atom may give up an atom (becomes ionisation)
AAn atom may gain electrons (anion)
BAn atom may share electrons.
-Two atoms that may share are pair of electrons two pairs, or three pairs, these bonds are called double, sing first and triple respectiley.
-Two types of bonds can occur: Ionic: when two ions of different charge are attracted to another and covalent- when atoms share electrons.
-A neutral particle that is composed of atoms joined together bg cevalent boncls is called a molecule.
-Substances composed of molecules are called molecular compounds.
